Simon Fraser University at Harbour Centre blends history with high tech in superb education facilities in one of Vancouver's best-known landmarks: the re-built and revitalized 1927 Spencer building officially opened as SFU's Vancouver campus on May 5, 1989.

The Harbour Centre campus, now over 200,000 square feet, has expanded several times to add instructional and office space and currently serves over 70,000 people annually, including students and thousands of other individuals, groups and companies attending conferences, lectures, performances and exhibitions, seminars, meetings or SFU public programs.
